| The Miditzer is the brainchild of Jim Henry. This
impressive piece of software allows you to install a Virtual Wurlitzer
on your PC, and play it either with keyboard and mouse, or with Midi
keyboards attached. The beauty is that the soundfonts are very realistic, and you can select individual stops, programme pistons, in fact do almost everything that you could on the real thing. Having been lucky enough to play real Wurlitzers, I really think that this gets you pretty close to the real thing sound wise, and it doesn't go out of tune! You can download the 2 manual (2/10) style 216 organ for free, or get the 3 manual (3/19) 260SP for a donation. This is the way I had my 260SP set up with the Wersi Verona:
The PC I use (not in shot) is an Athlon XP3800 with 3GB RAM - the monitor is a 19" LCD with a Keytec Touch Screen added. |

You can get more information from www.virtualorgan.com, and hear a couple of demos on the CD'S & MP3 page.
